favoritest albums

what are your favorite albums of all time?
mine would be (in no order)

revolver (beatles)
parachutes (coldplay)
ten (pearl jam)
affirmation (savage garden)
rumours ( fleetwood mac )
dsotm ( floyd )
led zeppelin ( led zep )
the joshua tree (u2)
lateralus ( tool )

hmm.. I don't like listening to whole albums..

seal (seal) and parachutes (coldplay) would probably be the only two fav albums..

I like Cocktail's OST too.. love all the songs.

i think u meant seal 2.

I don't like listening to whole albums..

i think some albums shud be listened all at once and in the specific order. i cant imagine listening to wall, operation mindcrime, scenes from a memory etc as individual songs.

1. collective soul - collective soul.
2. pantera - vulgar display of power.
3. the matrix - OST
4. radiohead - seven television commercials (DVD).
5. armageddon - OST
6. rammstein - live aus berlin (dvd)
7. metallica - ride the lightning.
8. black sabbath - sabotage
9. kabhi haan kabhi na.

oh yeah! if we are talking indian music.. there are a whole lotta albums..

all AR rahman's works

kabhi haan kabhi naa :) (my god i have so many emotional attachments to the songs and some scenes in that movie)

woof.. too many albums..

oh damn.. how could i have missed master of puppets ??? remembered only after seeing ride the lightning in your list. i like MOP better.. and radiohead i guess my fav would be ok computer and then amnesiac.

@sou: sou sweet.
@phreak: yeah, MOP kicks more ass :-) but for me the way the first 4 songs of RTL are sequenced and the tear jerking lyrics and closing riffs of fade to black tilt the scales.

hmm..hmmm.more hmm
